Many Sites rely on Web forms to capture data from their customers. Conversely, web users are increasingly skeptical about filling in such forms.

  • Do you collect information on your site via Forms?
  • Do you have problems with Spammers filling your forms?
  • Do you know where a visitor came from, and what pages they viewed before filling in the form?
  • Do you track where all your forms go, and whether they are followed up?

in order to deliver a quality information, we developed our own forms management system.

Forms Design

Within the design of the form, we can add logic to help the user add the correct information so that it is 'complete' when it is received by the web site. Incomplete information can have a potential customer waiting for a reply you can not give, due to lack of information!

Secure Data Capture

To grab a form and send the contents on to the user as an email is a lazy solution. Too often the email will be lost, deleted or not acted upon. When a form is submitted on our system, it follows through a number of steps to make the most from the client's interaction.

  1. The form is validated and any 'mistakes' flagged to the visitor, so the information can be 'complete'.
  2. An email is sent to the web site owner to notify them a form was received, it may contain some, or all of the content.
  3. An optional message is shown or email is sent to the web visitor confirming the form is received.
  4. The form contents are stored in a database, so they can be extracted in the future.
  5. Email and contact information may be added to the newsletter database for future mailings.
  6. The customer information can be added to the CRM system.

Integration with our Newsletter Application

The information collected in the forms can be directly used within the newsletter application, so that you can automatically add people to your newsletter list
